Our immediate needs are:
User Experience Architect
We build positive user experiences around our customers’ video content, on DVD, Blu-ray, and Online. In keeping with this mission, we are currently on the lookout for a well-qualified User Experience Architect.
This qualified individual will be both passionate and visionary about interface usability and clean design. The candidate will demonstrate a dynamic ability to design concepts across a range of styles as well as a proficiency with a wide range of design tools, and will provide a portfolio of recent published work that showcases this skillset.
Leadership and creative team management experience is a must. Candidate will have a strong background in user research and UX principles.
Extensive knowledge of web development concepts, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, AJAX, and PHP, among others, is desired. A knowledge and understanding of video is preferred, but not required for an outstanding candidate with particular strengths in other areas.
Director of New Business Development
Do you understand the world of DVD, Blu-ray, and Online Video Delivery? Are you driven by helping customers find a creative solution to their business needs that fits their unique business model? We are looking for an honest and driven individual who embraces our core principles to be a part of our core leadership team, and to become our brand evangelist.
Responsibilities will include management of our marketing initiatives, and to find and initiate communication with new prospects, and to transition them into a customer relationship. As you demonstrate success in bringing new customers to Ikonik Media, you will be responsible for building our ongoing sales process and sales team, and will be responsible for the leadership and management of that team.
Candidate must have 5 -10 years in relevant field of business development. Candidate will demonstrate confidence, conviction, diligence, and a genuine desire to serve the needs of others. We believe that our clients are sold not only on our top-quality products and services, nor only on our value and expertise, but they embrace our culture of excellence, integrity, servanthood, visionary leadership, and energetic diligence.
Salary and benefits based on experience. This position has a base salary, with commission and quarterly bonuses based on performance.
Senior Software Developer
We are an innovative bunch in a truly explosive industry. We have an increasing number of proprietary technologies around video content delivery that we believe have the potential to change the dynamics of this space. We are looking for an innovative and creative Senior Software Developer to work alongside our leadership team to see these concepts become a reality. This individual will identify opportunities and lead initiatives in leveraging and adding value to the products and technologies of other industry pioneers.
This individual will also participate in the development of video apps for mobile and tablet devices, custom video player development, and custom video channel and video app development for Roku, Boxee, and other set-top boxes, Smart TVs, game consoles, and other connected devices.
